We Are 100% OFF-GRID

Water: NOT POTABLE - As an off-grid site we use a self-sustaining system utilizing water from the Colorado River that is filtered onsite.  Although it is tested and safe for washing & cooking it is not recommended for drinking.  We have provided bottled water for drinking.  See your host if you need more.

  • Please help us conserve this precious resource with shorter showers and responsible use.

Power: Our unique power grid depends on a mix of 42 solar panels and 95kw Batteries with a generator backup system to run our ranch.  Energy is a valuable resource at our self-sustaining site so please be mindful.

  • Turn off all lights and appliances (including A/C) when leaving.

  • Take care not to use multiple appliances at the same time. (i.e. please don’t microwave popcorn while blow drying your hair and running the AC)
